Small businesses shouldn’t need five vendors to get help.

PointTech Pros and ShipPoint Center grew from a simple realization: the everyday services businesses rely on—and the technology that powers them—are often far more fragmented than they should be.

What began as frustration over driving between towns for shipping, printing, notarization, and returns became a broader vision: bring practical business services and modern technology together under one roof.

Combining Victoria’s customer-first approach with Milton’s background in AI, automation, cloud, and enterprise technology, we built two connected businesses around one belief:

Milton spent 28 years at IBM, including the last seven as a Distinguished Engineer — a distinction held by only a small fraction of IBM’s worldwide technical organization. During that time, he worked across cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, operational systems, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

PointTech Pros grew out of a simple realization: businesses of every size face operational challenges — small businesses just don't have enterprise-sized IT departments to solve them.

From websites and automation to operational systems and AI workflows, Milton now brings enterprise-level technology experience into a form that is practical, approachable, and genuinely useful for local businesses navigating modern operational challenges.

Victoria is hands-on across both businesses, moving between ShipPoint and PointTech throughout the day to keep operations running smoothly and customers taken care of.
