Our Story
PointTech Pros didn't come out of a startup incubator or a Silicon Valley pitch deck. It came from watching small business owners in this community struggle with technology that was supposed to help them — but mostly just frustrated them.
How We Started
PointTech Pros grew out of ShipPoint Center — an independent shipping and business services store on Route 52 in Carmel. Day after day, we saw business owners come in to send packages, print documents, and get notary work done. And day after day, we heard the same stories.
A salon owner with a website that hadn't been updated since 2015. A contractor who was manually typing the same estimate three different times into three different systems. A retailer who had heard about AI but was afraid to touch it.
These weren't people who needed a corporate IT department. They needed someone local, knowledgeable, and honest to sit down with them and explain what was worth doing — and what wasn't.
That's PointTech Pros. We're that person.
